Price Match Policy

At RV Appliances, we're committed to offering you the best value. If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible Australian retailer, we'll do our best to match it taking into consideration the appropriate freight. 

How to Request a Price Match

Contact us before placing your order with a link or proof of the lower price. Our team will verify the price and confirm the price we can do.

Eligibility Criteria

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications)
• The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer
• The item must be in stock at the competitor at the time of the request
• The price must be publicly advertised (not a membership, clearance, or limited-time flash sale price)

Exclusions

• Marketplace listings (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers)
• Prices that include cashback, gift cards, or bundled offers
• Competitor pricing errors or misprints
• Products sold by unauthorised resellers

Timeframe

Price match requests must be made prior to purchase. We do not offer retrospective price matching.
